Matsui Brite Discharge Base is a milky discharge binder for Screen Printing and has excellent compatibility with discharge agent. When pigment is added to this base, vivid color will remain after discharge. This dye-discharging Binder Base will leave the natural shirt color after heat curing on many 100% cotton shirts It can also be tinted with NEO concentrates for a one-step process that leaves the added color after discharging.
