Standard Ground Shipping (Within Contiguous USA):
Ground Shipping (For Supplies Only): As of May 8th, 2023 all stocked supply orders receive free shipping on orders over $200. Orders under $200 are charge per UPS shipping rates. Orders places before 3pm local time typically ship the same day.
Please Note: Special order / Nonstock items will be charged the appropriate shipping.
Additional Ground Shipping Options: Multicraft, Inc. ships all orders the same day they are received. No additional fees on Stocked products.

Expedited Shipping Options:
UPS Next Day Air 1 Business Day. Orders ship same day if ordered before 2pm (local time). Available at UPS next day air rates.

Freight Shipping (For Equipment and Packages):
Multicraft, Inc. ships most of our larger equipment and packages via freight truck line. Freight orders over 150 lbs ship with a flat rate charge per item (individual flat rates can be seen on each item). Freight orders typically ship out in 7-10 business days. You will receive freight tracking information and estimated delivery time once your order ships. Products that ship freight are noted on the product page.

Additional Shipping Info:
Split Shipment & Backorders: 95% of our product line is in stock at all locations. If an item is on backorder and we are not able to fill the order in a timely manner we will notify you to review your options for supplementary products or to inform you of the wait time.
Tracking Notification: Please check your email for your updated tracking numbers, you should receive an email tracking notification from UPS or Multicraft when your order ships. If you have a shipping or tracking question please send an inquiry to our support team.
Delivery Insurance Policy: Multicraft, Inc. defaults to our shipping service provider for guarantees on delivery, once it leaves our building it is out of our control and sometimes subject to extended circumstance delays such as weather. If you have a problem with an order please send an inquiry to mworders@multicraftink.com.
Return, Freight Damage and Replacement Policy: Our goal is to ship all orders the same or next day after we receive your order. If a shipping mistake occurs Multicraft will always correct the mistake at our cost and will re-ship using the same shipping method as the original order.
Multicraft, Inc. will immediately provide a UPS label to return the incorrect items. Unfortunately Multicraft, Inc. will charge your credit card for the materials and freight for the 2nd shipment, but will issue a complete credit for supplies and freight charges when the returned 1st shipment is received back to Multicraft, Inc.
CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THEIR ORDER.
This will help ensure that you receive your product quickly and help avoid last minute rush situations. If an order is not inspected within 48 hours of receipt the customer will be responsible for any damages or mis-shipped products. Return Policy:
Multicraft offers a 30 Day Limited Return Policy. This return policy applies to all of our products and equipment unless otherwise specified on a particular product or piece of equipment. All returns must be authorized.

Items that cannot be returned:
- Software/ Artwork, DVDs (any disc content) and Downloadable Content;
- Inkjet Printers;
- Custom Pantone Matches;
- Equipment;
Returns are only accepted if a product has not been used, Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, return shipping charges are not the responsibility of the customer if the item being returned was damaged in transit, received in error or the incorrect item was shipped. Original shipping charges will not be refunded/credited. Customer must contact Multicraft, Inc. within 30 days of receiving a product if they desire to return it for a refund. All returns made after 30 days of receiving a product are ONLY eligible for in store credit. (All returns are subject to restocking fees.)

Restocking Fees:
Due to processing, receiving and credit card fees a standard 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order: mworders@multicraftink.com.
Please have the following information available:
- Name and address that the order was placed under;
- Your invoice or original order number;
- Reason for which you are requesting to return;
Preferred Action:
- Refund, Replacement or Exchange.
Once this information is received we will issue you a return UPS label. The label will be emailed to you along with our return paper work. If you do not receive our email within 2 business days, please check your junk mail folder and notify us immediately. Once the return has been authorized, you will have 30 days to send back the return. If the return is not received within 30 days, the products will no longer be able to be returned.
Package your return carefully and apply the return UPS label on the top of the package. Please be careful to remove all old shipping labels. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur when your return is in transit back to our location. Additional restocking fees may apply if damage occurs.

Tax Policy
Multicraft, Inc. charges sales tax in OH, PA, NY, KY, IN, MI, WV, NV, AZ and NM.
Terms and Conditions

Additional terms and conditions of use applicable to specific areas of the Web site may also be posted in such areas and, together with this agreement, govern your use of those areas. 1.3 The information posted is as of the date indicated and, to our knowledge, was timely and accurate when posted. We are under no obligation to update or remove outdated information other than as required by applicable law or regulation.

You shall not store electronically any significant portion of any Content, except as expressly permitted by the copyright laws. No copying, storage, redistribution or publication of any Content is permitted without the express permission of Multicraft inc..
3. No Endorsement
The Web site may contain links to sites on the Internet, which are owned and operated by third parties (the “External Sites”). You acknowledge that Multicraft inc. is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any External Site. You should contact the site administrator or Webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such External Sites.
4. Termination of Service
Multicraft inc. may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the Web site at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or Content without prior notice or liability.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 NEITHER Multicraft inc. NOR ANY PROVIDER OF THIRD PARTY CONTENT OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WARRANTS THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES Multicraft inc. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce this Agreement in the federal or state courts located in Orlando, FL. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. If any inconsistency exists between the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions posted on the Web site, such terms shall be interpreted as to eliminate any inconsistency, if possible, and otherwise, the additional terms and conditions shall control. Sections 2, 4 and 5 shall survive any termination of this Agreement as well as any other provisions, which by their terms or sense are intended to survive.
